Fear of "dithering" may relate to the ego fragmentation resulting from inconsistent beliefs about the self in relation to others. (My little psychology lecture for the day... class dismissed).

At first glance, I thought "right-wind" was a typo. Upon further reflection, I think it should stay that way even if it was a typo, seeing as how it applies so well.
